Re Modern Slavery Act 2015

The Modern Slavery Act 2015 came into force on 29 October 2015. The Act introduces a number of measures to combat slavery and human trafficking and applies to companies which:

  • Conduct business in the UK;

  • Supply goods or services; and

  • Have a turnover of more than £36 million

    Companies matching these conditions must publish an annual statement setting out what steps they have taken to combat slavery in all parts of their business and supply chains over the past financial year.

    We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our supply chains. We expect all companies in our supply chain to implement a zero tolerance approach to slavery, forced labour and human trafficking and comply will all local and national laws and regulations.
